ADMISSION
Admission to CFC Academy is open to the general public and we welcome applicants of any race, nationality or ethnic origin. To be considered for admission to CFC Academy please complete the following:
- Pre Application form with $20.00 fee

- Transcript Release Form

- Interview with Administrative Staff
In addition to meeting academic requirements, accepted students are required to have the following:
- General Parental Agreement
- Current Physical (within one calendar year)
- Copy of Social Security Card
- Copy of Birth Certificate
